Requirements
Recent passport size photograph (passport photos must be in colour and with a white background).
Passport copy, not less than 6 months validity from the date of entry into Mozambique and with at least 2 blank pages for visa.
Citizens other than Qatari but living in Qatar must submit a copy of their permanent residence status.
Fill the visa application form.
Fee of XXX. Payment can be by cash or debit/credit card, and payable to the Embassy of Mozambique. After a payment you are entitled to a pick up slip. Please note that visa fees are non-refundable.
Medical certificate.
Copy of work contract in Mozambique.
Discharge certificate passed by the Tax Authority of the Tax Area where he carries out the activity (Validity 90 days);
Criminal registration (translated to Portuguese).
Work permit passed by the Ministry of Labour/Ministry of Justice and Religious Affairs in Mozambique.
Notes: Supporting documents, namely medical certificate and criminal record that are not in Portuguese, must be translated by a sworn translator. Regarding the translation, the following aspects must be considered:
Translation is accurate, and,
Translator is competent to translate.
